Every project begins with a conversation, not a questionnaire. Because a brand that captures what makes your business special starts with someone who actually listens. Whilst every project is bespoke, below is the process of what you can expect.

1. We talk.
A free, no-pressure chat about your business, your customers and where you want to get to. We can do this in person over coffee if you're local, or on a call.

2. We see if we're a good fit.
If we're not a good fit or I'm not the perfect person to help you, I'll tell you. You can rely on me being honest and in integrity, I'll tell you exactly what I think you need, even if it's less than you expected to spend. You get a clear proposal with no hidden costs.

3. I get to work.

I get started on your project, first you'll receive concepts, then once you're happy I'll go ahead and build it all out. You'll have lots of visibility and input. My goal is to absolutely delight you and you're part of the process!

4. You launch, fully equipped.
Everything is handed over properly, with training so you're never held hostage by your own website. I'm here after launch too + can support with strategy.
